Where do you ship?

Currently, shipping is available for all products in the PriceCo Pets boutique to any state within the contiguous United States.

How much is shipping?

We have made shipping easy with flat rates within the contiguous United States!

How will my order ship?

​Products typically ship in 2-3 business days via FedEx, UPS, or USPS directly from our manufacture's warehouse or distribution centers located within the United States. The exception is with our fresh gourmet dog treats that ship from our manufacture’s bakery in Miami, Florida. These treats are baked fresh daily and are not warehoused.

How do I purchase products?

Products can be purchased through the PriceCo Pets online boutique on any Internet enabled device. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your furry friend to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from the PriceCo Pets boutique. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care at (877) 480-2288 or email a refund request to Contact@PriceCoPets.com. Please note that refunds will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase and shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or defective item.

 

Returns for gourmet dog treats

Some breakage is to be expected with baked goods, but we anticipate and prepare for that by including an extra treat with bulk treat shipments. We cannot accept returns for specialty baked goods, but credits or refunds are an option for damaged goods beyond anticipated breakage. Credits or refunds will be applied to your PriceCo Pets account and credited toward your next purchase. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order and we do not send replacements for gourmet edible products.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
